Founders & Partners

BOB MWITI- MANAGING DIRECTOR, APPSTEC AMERICA
I am the managing director of Appstec America- A consulting company that helps immigrants find education & IT job opportunities that are abundant in USA. I was born and raised in Meru, Kenya.

I currently live and work in Tampa, Florida, USA. In 2009, I relocated to USA as a master’s student to study MBA-Professional Accountancy at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where I graduated in 2011.

Prior to coming to USA, I had struggled a lot to travel out of Kenya for about 8 years. I had been denied visa 4 times at the UK embassy. A common predicament a lot of immigrants face in their quest for studying overseas.
After I graduated from university here in the US, I could not easily find a job just like most student immigrants who come to study in the US. Through hard work and sheer determination, I found a breakthrough after I trained on high income IT skills that are highly marketable here in the United states. I was able to find a Job as a Systems Analyst/Consultant working for fortune 500 companies.

It’s because of the challenges that I faced as an international student here in America, that I founded my organization to primarily help international students like you and other immigrants from across the world find amazing education and IT opportunities that are abundant here in USA that a lot of people struggle to find because of lack of information.
I partnered with Hon DMK in this amazing program to help brilliant Kenyans like you who wish to study highly marketable IT master’s programs at select Universities in USA.

Our goal in this program is not just to bring you to USA to study, but also to help you acquire well-paying jobs that can propel you to financial stability after graduation as well acquire long term work visa benefits.

HON. DMK KIOGORA
PATRON-KAISA & MCA-ABOGETA WEST

During a trip to the United States of America, I met several Kenyans studying and working there. I was interested in their American experience and later met Bob Mwiti, who is the managing director of Appstec America-An IT consulting company that helps African immigrants find amazing IT career opportunities that are abundant in the United States.

We both agreed on partnering together in an effort to Airlift brilliant Kenyans who wish to study IT-related master’s programs at select Universities in USA.

Due to the high number of unemployed graduates in Kenya, it’s my passion to assist young people with alternative solutions to their predicaments.

Hence, I started The Kenya Airlift & Investment Sacco-KAISA (formerly, Abogeta West Education and Development Sacco (ABEDS), to primarily help in financing this program.

If you are qualified, I encourage you to take advantage of the program and join select Universities in USA for IT-related master’s programs that will lead you to well-paying jobs in America after graduation.

Above, Hon DMK receives the 2019 utumishi bora award from his Excellency Hon. Kivutha Kibwana for his role in founding the Kenya Airlift Program in partnership with Bob Mwiti

Financial testimonials from some of our students

The official estimated cost of studying at this University for a business analytics master's program  is as below;
24,430 (Tuition subject to change)
14,449 (Living Expenses)
3,949 (Health insurance, international student fee, books/supplies)
-----------
$42,828 (Total estimated cost of attendance for 12 months)

This course takes 1 year to finish to a maximum of 1.5 years

Assuming this student takes 1 year to finish then her cost would be 42,828.

As is the case with most Kenyans, this student would never have been able to raise 4 Million Kenyan shillings!!!!!.....Now, let's see how this student benefits from this amazing program.
Through the airlift program, we got this student Graduate Fellowship Award worth $2,443 per year. Also, through the program, we got this student Graduate assistant-ship scholarship (as per screenshot) of half the tuition amount, which is $12,215 .....that is 1.2 Million Kenyan Shillings!!!!!!!!!
This student was required to fund only $23,170 in-order to complete her master's, including  graduate assistant-ship expenses stipend of $5,000 per year which is offered as part of the scholarship.
Since the student  could not afford $23,170 just like most Kenyans, this airlift program was able to get her unsecured student loan which would be repaid after graduation.
In addition, this student didn't need to worry about air tickets, GMAT exam fees, visa fees, immunization costs etc, this is because through our airlift sacco loan, we give every beneficiary up to 300,000 Kenyan shillings to cater for relocation expenses.
How Fantastic is that????...That's mind-blowing!!!!...This is why this program is truly changing lives!!!!!....But also remember, through this airlift program, we train students on latest IT Job skills as they pursue their master's and we also help them with Job placement services after graduation. This is not a program meant to just bring you to USA, there is waaay much more than that!!!!!
The above student gets over 1/2 Million Kenyan shillings in graduate assistant-ship scholarships every semester!!!!

Through this amazing airlift program, this student was able to get unsecured loan of KES 2.5 Million!!!......................That is truly magical!

We pride ourselves in the fact that no matter what your financial status is, we will make sure that you can attend your dream university in USA!..Your dream is valid!!
