UI-UX Designer/Front end Engineer entry level [ Job Id:93945040 ]

We are looking for a front-end engineer responsible for designing and implementing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a website or web application.

  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related discipline. 

     - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. 

     - Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Figma, Axure, or similar. 

     - Understanding of UI principles, color theory, typography, and layout. 

     - Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and user testing. 

     - Ability to create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes. 

     - Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. 

     - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address user experience challenges. 

     - Meticulous attention to detail in design and implementation. 

    - A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs. 

   - Explanation of design decisions and the thought process behind each project. 

   - Knowledge of user research methodologies, information architecture, and usability testing. 

   - Familiarity with creating and analyzing user personas. 

   - Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and industry trends. 

   - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript may be a plus, as it helps in better collaboration with development teams. 

   - Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions. 

   - Collaboration and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. 

   - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
