Website visitors and those who have signed up to utilize the Website’s services, whether for free or at a fee, are collectively referred to as “Users.” Subscribers are paid users.

In addition, you permit us to contact your card issuer to get your new card number and updated expiry date.

You acknowledge that you will be liable for any outstanding sum owing to us plus any chargeback costs incurred by our bank, should you start a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Within 30 days after being notified, you undertake to pay The Kenya Airlift Program any outstanding debt you may have.
After 30 days, any unpaid debt may be turned over to a collections agency, at which point you agree to pay a collections charge for the total amount owed.
The Kenya Airlift Program offers automatic renewal as a means of ensuring uninterrupted service. All paid Subscriptions will be automatically renewed on the day such Subscriptions expire if the automatic renewal option or checkbox is chosen during the payment process. Your Subscription will automatically renew for an extra amount of time of the same length after the original commitment term and each subsequent Subscription period. If you have chosen the automatic renewal option, you agree that your Account will be subject to these renewals. Please go to “Account Settings” after logging in on the Website if you do not want your Account to renew automatically or want to make any changes to or cancel your Subscription.
There is no way to get your money back from the firm. There is no way to cancel an order placed on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that no refunds, whole or partial, will be provided for any reason or any unused or remaining Subscription if you choose to buy a Subscription package on the Website. You also acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any portion of a Subscription that has not yet been utilized.
Subscriptions Purchased are Strictly Non-Transferable
The Kenya Airlift Program may provide free Subscriptions to any individual or group it chooses while continuing to charge other Subscribers at any moment and for any period. Additionally, we have the right to terminate the trial for any or all of its Subscribers.
You will be given a username and password when you sign up to become a Subscriber. You may not select or use a display name that is the same as, or confusingly similar to, the actual name of another person, that violates the intellectual property rights of a third party, or that The Kenya Airlift Program views offensive or inappropriate.
You are granted a license to use a display name owned by the Kenya Airlift Program. We may, at our discretion, change or remove any user name shown.
All charges and losses incurred through the use of your Account are your exclusive responsibility. A Subscriber may not provide anybody else permission to access the Subscriber’s Account without their direct supervision.
Users who have had their Accounts terminated are not permitted to use the Website in any way, shape, or form without The Kenya Airlift Program’s prior written consent. No current Subscriber may provide access to their Account to a previously suspended or terminated Subscriber.

There might be costs associated with converting currencies at your bank or financial institution. All associated fees will be your responsibility.
The Kenya Airlift reserves the right to collect and remit any extra taxes in all jurisdictions. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any billing questions or to receive a full accounting of your account activity.
Any online areas, content, premium subscriptions, or services provided by the Kenya Airlift Program or its Affiliates may be subject to additional fees or separate charges at the sole discretion of the Kenya Airlift Program at any time. The Kenya Airlift Program may send additional notice of billing charges at its discretion through pop-up windows, electronic mail, the Member’s inbox on the site, regular mail to the Account Holder, or any other means reasonably used by the Kenya Airlift Program.
If you find any such modification inappropriate, you may cancel your Account as detailed below. If you keep using the site after the change goes into effect, you’ll be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
Restrictions on the Resale of The Kenya Airlift Program Products and Services
Subscribers can resell any of the Kenya Airlift Program’s goods, information, and expertise gained through using the Website (collectively, the “Products”) to other interested parties.
To safeguard our own business, we strictly forbid Subscriber from reselling any of our Products or selling any products created by Subscriber that are based on, derived from, or substantially similar to any of the Products (the “Resale Policy”), even if the company wishes Subscribers well financially.
Subscriber agrees to abide by the Resale Policy and acknowledges that, upon Subscriber’s violation of the Resale Policy, The Kenya Airlift Program shall have the right to seek any applicable legal remedies against Subscriber.
Representations and Warranties
To the best of your knowledge, YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD, or the Age of Majority in the jurisdiction in which YOU are RESIDENT. You promise always to provide the Kenya Airlift Program with up-to-date and correct Account details. If you fail to do so, you will violate these Terms, which may result in the immediate closure of your Account and may even expose you to criminal prosecution. After such termination, you are not permitted to create any new Accounts without The Kenya Airlift Program’s express written consent.
Cancellations and Terminations
When subscribers decide to terminate their Account, they may do so at any time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with their username and explicit permission to cancel. If you’re unhappy about anything on the Website, this is your only recourse.
You acknowledge and agree that any Subscription payments and credits not utilized before your Account is deleted or your Account is suspended for breaking these Terms will be forfeited, and only the agreed refunds will be offered. You also acknowledge that any Subscription payments or credits that were not utilized at the time of Account deletion will not be brought back if your deleted Account is restored.
In addition, the Kenya Airlift Program can close any Accounts for any reason. We may refuse service to anybody with an Account that we determine to be fraudulent or security concern. Refunds requested by issuing banks, banks providing direct debit, cardholders, and credit card issuers by e-mail, online chat with support, phone, and requests are processed at our discretion.
If we become aware of any allegations of fraud or other criminal behavior, we will report them and work with law authorities as we see fit.
Subscribers and all other Users hereby agree NOT to use the Website for the following purposes:
Putting up information about oneself that is unfinished, incorrect, deceptive, or erroneous.
Posing as another individual or organization without authorization.
If you have access to a password-protected section of the Website, you may not provide that access to anyone else, disclose your password, or use it for any illegal purpose.
